why is everybody loves to work in rush?
this thing won't happen if you know how to plan your schedule and managing your time perfectly.Badly,some people loves to do work last minute,and finally he/she will drag her/his burden to another shoulder.Sucks rite?
In this case,work in team is the key to success.Please,don't be a bad leader.To be a leader of the team,You must be strong in mentally,emotions and physically.The most important,don't just talk and make an order.Other people will look down on you ,and yes will talk at the back.Seriously!
I am the one who always finish my work on time.You want to vomit?Go ahead,Im not talking rubbish,but fact i can finish my work on time,in perfect time schedule.I work very fast.Know why?Because i hate delay,and i believe,it's all about attitude.I am punctual in every thing i do,except,something bad happen,and i couldn't finish it because of certain thing we can't avoid.But normally,i always deliver my work correctly according to what it suppose to be.
sadly,again,we stuck because of other people.
Please.Responsible and be fair for everybody.
Then i will respect.

Be patient is one thing..but,to be good to others,please check our self first.
Do not rely on one person's shoulder only.Spread the information correctly,do together,and make less mistake.
Last but not least,Don't just act rush,talk more but no action.
i hate being one of the person in this situation.
